Inspired by the use of mint ‘Pudina’ in Indian dishes and the combination of the mint with tomatoes and the spices bring an added freshness to the vibrant flavour of the sauce – it will be available from 19 November while stocks last - so make sure you get your hands on a jar or two.
Loyd Grossman Sauce is running a series of competitions on twitter, where you can win a Curry in a Hurry Kit. The kit will include the Limited Edition Mint Masala sauce as well as a Mint Masala recipe card so you can add some spice to your mid-week curry.
